Why did you choose Daisy?

We chose Daisy for a number of reasons, market, products, reputation, and so it just felt like a natural partner for us at Love Energy.

Who did you partner with before Daisy?

We’ve partnered with a range of businesses before truly committing to Daisy, we’ve had a number of false starts trying to launch communications and broadband as it’s so different to what we know in the Energy space, we just couldn’t quite get it right and Daisy have been very patient with us to get us to where we are now.

What products do you resell with Daisy?

We started off reselling lines and calls bundles, then moved to broadband, and we now also provide a SIM only mobile package. We’re looking at launching new products consistently. We’re also starting to think about our larger customers and the support we can offer them with the likes of leased lines.

What has your experience with Daisy been like?

It’s been great, communication has been fantastic. We’ve had regular reviews not only with senior members of the Daisy team, but all the way down to the people that really matter that are on the front line. It’s been relatively smooth, and any hurdles or barriers that we’ve faced, we’ve faced them together and so it really feels like a collaboration between Daisy and Love Energy.

What problems have you overcome since embarking on a partnership with Daisy?

The biggest challenge we faced was representing the product correctly to customers, which was easily overcome. We came into it knowing nothing and so we needed a partner that could take us from knowing nothing to become product experts and Daisy has been perfect for that journey.

How has your partnership with Daisy changed the way you do business?

We are one of the largest in the energy market and our average contract length is 3 years on Energy and so we needed a range of products that we could provide between go live and Energy renewal. So, we can engage with our customers and add more value to their business. It’s transformed our business now having a range of products to talk to our customers about.

What did you want your partnership with Daisy to achieve?

In terms of offering to customers, we were looking at offering competitive products with a provider that we could trust to get it right as a happy customer makes Love Energy happy. In terms of the partnership, we were looking for trust, reliability, support, transparency and openness.

Would you recommend partnering with Daisy to other businesses?

100% I would recommend partnering with Daisy to other businesses. They’re flexible, they listen, they’re very honest so if anything does go wrong, they take responsibility and will get it fixed.
